A booking is confirmed when you have submitted an enquiry, Quietharbor has confirmed the appointment in writing (by email or message), and the agreed fee has been received or an alternative payment arrangement confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion, in which case any fee paid will be returned in full.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.
  • You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful purpose.
  • You understand that information shared in sessions is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute personal advice.

8. Service-Specific Terms

8.1 Information Sessions

Sessions cover general educational content only. Nothing said or written in a session constitutes personal financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. You are encouraged to seek independent professional advice for your specific circumstances.

8.2 Paperwork Sorting

Documents are handled with care and discretion. We do not retain copies of documents beyond what is explicitly requested. The summary sheet and index produced are for your personal use only.

8.3 Ongoing Organisation Plan

The plan runs for approximately three months (one season). There is no automatic renewal; continuation must be requested. Monthly check-in appointments will be arranged by mutual agreement. Missed check-ins may be rescheduled within the same season where possible.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided in good faith and to the best of our ability. However:

  • We do not hold professional licences for financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any regulated activity.
  • Information provided in sessions reflects general publicly available knowledge and may not reflect your specific circumstances.
  • We do not represent or warrant that information is exhaustive, error-free, or suitable for your particular situation.
  • Our services are not a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified and licenced professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Quietharbor's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of income, financial decisions made on the basis of session content, or loss of documents not caused by our direct negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quietharbor and its team members from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these terms, or any third-party claims arising from your actions.

12. Termination

Either party may cancel or conclude a service engagement by giving written notice. For the Ongoing Organisation Plan, either party may terminate with reasonable notice, and a pro-rata refund will be considered for any prepaid portion not yet delivered.

Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13 of these terms survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct communication and reasonable good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, the matter may be referred to mediation or the competent Thai courts in Chiang Mai province.
